Hi, we’re Alex and Chloe.

We’re passionate about what it means to truly connect with ourselves and with each other. Our journey began with yoga, and it remains the foundation of what we do, not just the poses, but yoga in its fullest, deepest sense: a practice of awareness, connection, and compassion.

We know that life can be messy. It can pull us away from ourselves and creates disconnection. That’s why our approach isn’t about a fix. It’s about noticing, practicing, adapting… integrating and noticing again.

Through our shared practice and partnership, we’ve explored the power of working with both body and mind together. That’s where transformation lives and all of this led us to create Reconnectology, a word we use to describe the art and wisdom of reconnecting.

We’re so glad you’re here.

Movement is medicine when done with awareness. We guide compassionate, aligned movement that supports mobility and posture. Your body knows what to do. We help set the conditions.

It is so easy to get caught up in our thoughts and emotions, but when we meet our minds with strength and wisdom, we can start to notice what’s going on, figure out what we really need, and make things a little easier on ourselves.

At the heart of our work is the body-mind connection. How we think shapes how we move, and how we move affects how we think and feel. Together, we (Alex and Chloe) offer a unique therapeutic approach that blends movement and mindset, bringing body and mind together.

What is compassion?
Compassion is the ability to notice, engage with, tolerate and understand distress, difficulties and pain.

AND

It is a commitment to engage in wise action to allieviate or prevent distress, difficulties and pain.
Helps manage the inevitable pain of life: Life involves loss, failure, disappointment, and uncertainty. Compassion helps reflect honestly, tolerate discomfort and take wise action rather than avoidance or self-criticism.
Builds emotional resilience: We live in a fast-paced, demanding culture that often values performance over wellbeing. Compassion strengthens our ability to stay grounded and respond to stress with wisdom and steadiness.
Supports healthier relationships: Human connection can be messy with misunderstandings, rejection, and conflict. Compassion allows us to approach ourselves and others with patience and perspective.
Why do we need it?
