SHIFT
Panoramic vision, also called soft gaze, is when you relax your eyes and take in the full scene around you. Think of it like zooming out with a camera lens. This shift tells your brain that you're safe, helping to release tension and activate the body's parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes relaxation and recovery.

FOUNDATION
Feet are not just these things at the end of our legs that we stand on — they feel, adapt, and communicate with the rest of the body, there's a lot going on in our feet and ankles. One of their primary functions is to feel sensation from the surface they are on to enable us to adapt to different terrains we are walking on. The body is designed for movement, it is a remarkable organism, it possesses self healing and regulatory mechanisms within it. We just need to set the optimum conditions for the body, then it knows what to do.

move THINK connect
When we think about thinking, we want to get really fascinated about the patterns that show up in our mind. Understanding that this is part of our design and profoundly influenced by the body and interaction with the environment. In doing so, we can find understanding and work out what could be wise action - we find a compassionate response.
