We have created an 8 week course that follows the brilliant 8 week Compassionate Mind Training developed by Dr Chris Irons and Dr Charlie Heriot-Maitland (2020). Our version incorporates movement and body-based practices to further understand key themes

What?
We bring wisdom drawn from Yoga Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy together to develop our compassionate body and mind course because our life is stored in our body, not just our mind.
This course is based on the work of Professor Paul Gilbert's Compassion Focused Therapy.
The course has been evaluated by Irons and Heriot-Maitland (2020) in the paper Compassionate Mind Training: An 8-week group for the general public.

8 week online live course

1 hour 30 minute sessions

In-between sessions you will have access to audio recordings and videos, alongside a written handout to support your learning.
