My approach blends postural alignment, functional movement, and yoga therapy to release patterns of tension held in the body. I look beyond the symptoms to uncover the root cause of discomfort and understand the underlying imbalances that affect the nervous, muscular, and skeletal systems, so you can move with less effort, feel more grounded, and live with greater ease. As the body finds alignment, the mind follows, reducing stress and creating space for clarity and presence.

What is Postural Alignment Therapy?
Egoscue Posture Alignment Therapy is a holistic approach to pain relief and body balance that focuses on restoring the body’s natural alignment. The therapy is based on the idea that many chronic pain issues, such as back, neck, hip, or knee pain are often caused by misalignments in the musculoskeletal system.
Through a series of personalized movements, the therapy helps re-educate the body to move more efficiently and symmetrically. These movements target muscle imbalances and functional weaknesses, encouraging proper joint positioning and optimal movement patterns.
