A chance to talk about what's happening, what's proving difficult and what you're hoping might change.
Chloe carries out an OT assessment
The assessment is shaped around the individual. The depth and focus will depend on what is needed rather than everyone receiving exactly the same assessment.
This sessions are focused on whatever is appropriate to the person.

Occupational Therapy Assessment with written summary
£90 (1 hour)
Therapy sessions
£70 per hour
Detailed OT reports and other professional documentation can be requested following assessment and are charged separately according to the complexity and time required. We will agree the scope and cost with you beforehand.
There may be additional travel costs. We will discuss this with you during the Discovery call.
