Chloe Scott
I co-founded Re:Connectology with Alex because I increasingly understood the importance of working with the body and not the mind alone through my own personal experience and following my yoga teacher training. I am a qualified specialist mental health Occupational Therapist with over 16 years experience working within a variety of mental health settings. The more I learnt, the more I came to realise that this wisdom was lacking in services. This sent me on a path of discovery to bring these skills together. In the process I learnt about compassion based practices. I am a qualified Compassion Focused Therapist. having trained with Professor Paul Gilbert and experts in the field. I am passionate about supporting people to find what is helpful for them, bridging the gap between knowing and doing.
